robert’s meditation program
Class 1: STRESS RELIEF
This is the first meditation class of Robert’s Meditation Program. Each class serves as a foundation toward higher level classes. This meditation class will have 3 parts. 1) Instruction 2) Guided Meditation 3) Homework Assignment.
This class is up to 2 hours long, and meets once a week for 4 weeks.
This STRESS RELIEF class will teach you how to reduce stress on your own. We will cover whole body stress relief, Breathing techniques for focus and lowering stress, and Guided meditation. Pain relief through visualization will be discussed.
Using class 1 methods will help you sleep better and keep you calmer during the day. You will begin to have more control over your emotions and reactions to social or workplace situations.
