robert’s meditation program
Class 1: FEEL CONFIDENT
This is the fourth meditation class of Robert’s Meditation Program. Each class serves as a foundation toward higher level classes. This meditation class will have 3 parts. 1) Instruction 2) Guided Meditation 3) Homework Assignment.
This class is up to 2 hours long, and meets once a week for 4 weeks.
In these classes we will discuss what lowers and raises self confidence. You will learn how to protect yourself from the hurtful words from other people. This include hurtful words of the past that you still carry.
You will learn to integrate meditation into your life as a positive anchor to improve your experiences in Life. You will take notice of your successes and feel good about them.
We will evaluate how your confidence has changed so far after going this far in your meditation journey.
You will see yourself as a person actively pursuing a spiritual journey.
