robert’s meditation program

Class 2: STRONG WILL POWER

This is the fifth meditation class of Robert’s Meditation Program. Each class serves as a foundation toward higher level classes. This meditation class will have 3 parts. 1) Instruction 2) Guided Meditation 3) Homework Assignment.

This class is up to 2 hours long, and meets once a week for 4 weeks.

In this class we will learn to:

  • Be strong willed in following your spiritual path.

  • Deal with conflict

  • Express your thoughts and feelings in a non-threatening effective way.

  • Be brave in conflict situations.

  • Feel good about compassionately exercising your free will.
